SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Methods and Times We work with trusted suppliers and shipping partners to deliver your orders:
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (where available)
- International Shipping: 10-21 business days
Delivery times may vary based on product availability, destination, and shipping carrier schedules.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over €50 to Ireland and the UK.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier's website or tracking portal.
Shipping Restrictions Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain countries due to local regulations. Restricted items will be noted on the product page.
Delivery Issues
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days
- Damaged Items: Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- Wrong Address: We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers
Multiple Item Orders Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different suppliers to ensure faster delivery. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Holidays and Delays Shipping times may be extended during holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify customers of any significant delays.
